Nasa Captures Unidentified Object by Sun

Nasa has published a video of the sun, which shows an as-yet unidentified planet sized object appearing to be 'refueling' through a tube.

The video, captured by the Solar Dynamics Observatory clearly shows a black round orb engulfed in direct sunlight from the sun, before disappearing back into space. Nasa has attempted to explain the phenomenon, saying that it is a filament that has extended from the surface of the sun, reaching thousands of miles in length.

Commenting on the sighting, Solar Astrophysicist said, "Filaments appear to be dark because they're cooler in relation to what's in the background. When you look at it from the edge of the sun, what you see is this spherical object and you're actually looking down the tunnel." However, experts are still undecided what causes the solar prominence to occur, and how they are formed.
